You're free to upload as much files as you want, but please be aware that the largest size for an individual file is limited to 10Mb.

Yes! If, you select our Free Hosting package you will not have to pay anything. There are no hidden fees. If you would like to upgrade your package you can do this at any time from as little as $0.99 a month but there is no obligation. You can stay on the Free Package and pay nothing for as long as it suits you.

Our hosting packages utilize cloud servers with a combination of Cisco Powered Networks, Linux Clustered Server Networks, and Apache Web Servers. For more details on the specific of each plan please see either Free Hosting or Premium Hosting.

We will never share your details with a third party without your permission.  Our hosting takes advantage of 24/7 monitoring, firewall & hotlink protection making it as close to 100% secure as it can be.

Bandwidth is the amount of data your website can transfer per month, every month the bandwidth counter will reset. So, you can start afresh each month. Our Free Hosting comes with 100 Gb of Bandwidth and our Premium Hosting is Unlimited!

You have two ways: firstly (and this is the recommended way) you can download a FTP client software. You will find recommended free software to download on the "Free FTP Software" link which is located in the "Files" section on VistaPanel. The second way is to use our free "Online File Manager" on VistaPanel.

Yes, we allow PHP and MySQL databases. In fact out Free Hosting come with 10 MySQL databases include and our Premium Hosting has Unlimited MySQL databases!

We do indeed offer PHPMyAdmin.

Like any reputable company we do not allow anything illegal, under any circumstances. You should also make yourself aware of any website or content that is prohibited or illegal in your country and or country of operation depending on your site purpose.
We also do not allow websites that contains copyrighted files (e.g. warez) or infringe upon copyright protected material, adult content, spamming scripts, web proxies etc... For full details and more information please read our Terms of Service.

If you are concerned or have found anything suspicious or illegal then we would really appreciate you reporting it to us. This is how we keep our community safe. The best way for you to do this is to open a ticket from VistaPanel. If you do not want to open a ticket then please email us at [email protected] with details of your concerns and we will investigate.

If you are contacting us then please provide your account email and username, and a detailed description of your issue or questions. Please do not ever included account passwords, including databases passwords in any correspondence! This will ensure your account remains safe of all time.
